How to Book
Fate sits about 10 miles from our shop in Wylie, so we don't run a depot or a drop-in counter here - every job starts with a call or a booking through the link below, and we build the drive into the schedule the same way we do for any stop on that side of the service area. Because the trip is longer than some of our closer calls, we ask for a clear description of what the door is doing: won't open, won't close, stuck halfway, making a specific noise. That lets us bring the right spring size and the right roller type on the first trip instead of a second one. We don't claim a same-day guarantee for Fate and we won't pretend otherwise - if your job lands at the end of a route day, we'll tell you straight when we can get there. Most Fate homes we've looked at are recent enough that the fix is usually a part swap, not a structural repair, which keeps the visit itself fairly short once we're on-site. Book through the Fate service page or the main Wylie page if you want the full list of what we do.
